We manually check each new account before the first email campaign is sent (particularly if the databases used are “Opt-in”). This check is essential to guarantee optimal security and deliverability for our users. To begin the validation process, please follow the steps shown on your dashboard:
- Import all of the contacts to whom you wish to send your email campaigns.
- Complete your profile.
- Schedule your first campaign to your recipient list. You can then reschedule this campaign once your account has been validated.
